We are seeking a Quality Plant Engineering Lead to join our team in Saltillo. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define containment actions to apply for customer protection, including supplier issues
• Diagnose and analyze vehicle issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Manage and coordinate pre-analysis activities, ensuring timely execution
• Perform risk assessments and develop corrective action plans to address identified risks
• Guarantee product-process maturity for components within their management perimeter, ensuring seamless serial life transitions
• Propose alternative product solutions to avoid mass production disruptions in the plant
• Participate in Quality ENG tech clubs, driving innovation and improvement
• Implement good ideas and standards, promoting best practices throughout the organization
• Ensure technical requirements and meta-function
