Job Overview

Manages human resources programs and initiatives and provides support for a client group.

Job Requirements

Carrying out programs and activities specific to the business unit and ensuring its consistency and timely execution.

Advising managers on all aspects of HR and monitoring career management programs and employee relations counseling.

Executing Human Resources programs in a specific client group.

Building relationships with client group leaders to drive talent building within the organization.

What your background should look like

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin or related field)

7+ years experience

Solid understanding of management model by competences

Solid understanding of Mexican employment laws, taxes and Payroll basics

Advanced level English language, conversational for global communication / responsibilities

Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Understanding of HR analytics techniques

Solid experience of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee, and union relations

Organizational development and engagement

RESPONSABILITIES

Implement HR interventions on employee wellness, culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives according to annual calendar.

Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.

Conduct and manage Cultural and EVC survey annual deployment.

Support to managers in the action plan consistent with the survey and their responsibility to follow it.

Collaborate with others to assess and implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.

Work together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.

Partner with BU / area on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

Leader for Customer Audits / HR aspects, leading the audits and managing the action plan resulted.

Comp Analysis : conducts and monitors annual salary planning for band 5 and band 6, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job leveling.

Works in collaboration with talent acquisition department, acting as main point of contact for recruiting process for regular and temporary staff and incorporates staff according to the business units / area requirement.

Works together with the legal department and HR solutions representatives to support terminations processes and changes of employees' status.

Oversees Cafeteria & Transportation, Other specific Benefits (Back to school, birthday, Christmas, TE end of year week etc.)

Conducting training and follow-up of Global TE programs : renewal ethics guide, Performance Management, Engagement Survey, Cultural Survey.

Prepare weekly / monthly reports : Headcount, monthly review, salary reports.

Oversee onboarding Process.
