TCS is looking your Talent as : Maximo Application Support Work modality : Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week). Qualifications Advanced knowledge of English Years of Experience : 5 Years from specified domain : Enterprise Application Solutions / Platforms : Experience with leading platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, IFS, ServiceMax, etc.) Proficiency with : Cloud & Containerisation : OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar platforms. Database : Working experience with enterprise databases preferably SQL Server Reporting Tools : Cognos, Power BI, or similar. Languages : Java, Python, SQL. Experience & Skills : Must have handled L2 support programs for providing technical support in customer facing roles for enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, Maximo, IFS, or other Asset / Work management and Field Service Management platforms for Utility customers. Must have handled enterprise application support for SAP / Oracle / Maximo / IFS platforms, and shall demonstrate proactive support delivered, showcasing clearly where potential issues are captured by analysing system performance / integration data flows, system logs, integration error logs, system generated emails etc and resolved working with platform / technical teams. This should clearly reflect the application / integration complexities handled in the past for 1-2 Utility customers Must have handled providing support for field mobile solutions handling typical issues working directly / on call resolving issues related to mobile applications, preferably for Utilities field work management. Must have delivered at least one Enterprise application support program collaborating with offshore teams Good to have Asset and Work Management domain understanding. We offer : 1.
