Job Description
This role is responsible for the timely reconciliation of netting Partner accounts, non-netting Partner accounts, and Agent accounts. The successful candidate will ensure end-to-end A / R & A / P reconciliation of statements to facilitate timely research and posting of agreed items and handle unreconciled items effectively.
The incumbent will reconcile monthly netting Partner statements to identify and resolve unreconciled item accounts. Additionally, they will reconcile non-netting Partner and Agent statements, both A / R & A / P, and conduct thorough research on invoices and credit notes to properly distribute them to responsible country branch locations.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) and intermediate-level Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, charting).
A strong interpersonal skillset, focusing on customer service for both internal and external customers, is essential. The ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic situations is also crucial.
