Join Capgemini Engineering to drive product excellence and cross‑functional quality improvements within an automotive program. We’re seeking a proactive, data‑driven quality professional who loves solving tough problems and delivering results that delight customers.

YOUR ROLE :

  • Lead root cause analysis for product and process quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
  • Define and implement corrective actions that are cost‑effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness.
  • Manage engineering changes with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation.
  • Drive product validation and testing to confirm robustness before full rollout.
  • Represent Voice of the Customer across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or related).
  • Strong problem‑solving toolkit : 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Kepner‑Tregoe, Shainin, DOE experience.
  • Data analysis and reporting : ability to synthesize metrics into clear actions and communicate to all levels.
  • Change and project management skills with multi‑project prioritization in lean environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills without direct authority.
