QA Tester Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• QA Tester Engineer will develop : test plans, strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, closure reports and other relevant documentation.
• Develops automated tests.
• Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability.
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics.
• Manages bugs and error tracking.
• Documents and presents test results to management.
• Coordinates and prioritizes testing : of application modifications, bug fixes.
• Works with multiple development teams and software projects.
• Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.
