This includes overseeing market research, technical and functional development, regulatory compliance, and process launch.As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project planning and management skills are effectively utilized to streamline team execution. You will lead the technical aspect of product development, optimizing functionality and transportation, approving packaging material specification, developing and implementing robust processes for product scale-up, and establishing relationships with suppliers to access high-quality and innovative packaging materials, technologies, and designs.Project Leadership : Effectively prioritize responsibilities to ensure excellence in project completion.Manage and deliver against performance metrics by working through the direct reporting team and cross-functional partners in the packaging value chain.Lead the technical aspect of product development, optimizing functionality and transportation. Approve packaging material specification.Develop and implement robust processes for product scale-up, facilitating a smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
