Our client, a private equity investment family office, is seeking a highly professional, discreet, and warm, outgoing Executive Personal Assistant to support a UHNW Principal residing in Mexico City.
This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days per week) with a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, highly tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
They will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Principal's complex and dynamic agenda across business, personal, lifestyle, and travel matters.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring seamless execution of all tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting UHNW clients or as a Personal and Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives for at least 7 to 10 years in ultra-luxury environments, and must be fully bilingual
in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate the Principal's business, personal, medical, and travel agendas.
Oversee scheduling, planning, and execution of meetings, events, and international travel.
Coordinate private assets, including yachts, private jets, vehicles, and residences.
Arrange transportation, hotel bookings, event access, and exclusive reservations worldwide.
Serve as the key point of contact for all lifestyle management needs.
Provide high-level administrative support, including correspondence, reporting, and
documentation.
Anticipate the Principal's needs and proactively resolve issues with discretion and
efficiency.
Liaise with stakeholders, service providers, and private staff to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience supporting UHNW individuals, CEOs, or Presidents of
companies.
Proven background in ultra-luxury service environments.
Advanced English and Spanish (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
Exceptional organization, logistics, and strategic planning skills.
Highly adaptable to change, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, ClickUp, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-profile individuals.
Immediate availability and flexibility to be on-call when required.
