This role requires a visionary executive with a proven record in large-scale retail management, business transformation, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee national retail operations ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience at the highest standards.
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with global goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, and commercial divisions.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous growth and sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Report directly to the Regional CEO and contribute to global strategy alignment.
