What You'll Do
As a Logistics PMO Consultant, you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force for excellence in the execution of logistics and warehousing projects. As a valued member of our global team, you will :
- Lead the management of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the standardization and correct application of methodologies.
- Design, structure, and maintain the master project schedule for logistics and warehousing projects, utilizing key tools such as Monday.com.
- Develop and present executive slides and high-impact project status reports for senior management, communicating progress, risks, and forecasts.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to evaluate project performance, identify variances, and propose optimization strategies.
- Manage the project risk, issue, and change register, and coordinate mitigation plans with functional stakeholders.
- Ensure the consistency of milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation within logistics projects.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive leader and exceptional communicator who possesses :
10+ years of proven experience in Project Management (PMO) within the industrial sector, with a focus on logistics and warehouses.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for communication with international stakeholders.Proven experience in managing projects that involve strict safety processes (EHS) in industrial or warehousing environments.Solid experience in the preparation of executive presentations for upper management.Proficiency in advanced data analysis using Excel.Experience with project management tools; knowledge of Monday.com is highly valued.PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.Why You'll Love Working at MIGSO-PCUBED
