Job Description
Kering Eyewear is a Luxury Eyewear company, part of the Kering Group.
We design, develop and distribute eyewear for 13 luxury brands.
This role will focus on supporting sales efforts in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order-to-cash flow for allocated customer portfolio
- Deliver exceptional customer service with sales team
- Ensure compliance with sales business policies
- Manage customer master data and order flow
- Liaise with planning, logistics and customer for delivery flow
- Manage backorders and goods returns
- Act as customer's primary point of contact for commercial, logistics and product claims
- Support sales events such as Buying Days and brand presentations
- Issue sales / customer-related reporting
- Implement customer service-related procedures and processes
Requirements
3+ years of B2B customer service experienceProven customer facing experienceSales experience within a controlled environmentProficient in SA implementationStrong Excel skillsGood business knowledge of order-to-cash flowsFluent English and SpanishWhy Work With Us?
