Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer role focused on AWS provisioning, CI / CD, infrastructure automation, production support, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead DevOps efforts with AWS hands-on experience.
  • Provide production support and guide the team.
  • Provision infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Manage AWS provisioning and services such as ECS - Fargate and OpenSearch.
  • Implement CI / CD processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor Kibana, DataDog, and Dynatrace; identify and address latency issues.

Mandatory Skills Description

  • 8+ years' experience in IT
  • 5+ years as Sr DevOps, with AWS hands-on experience
  • 7+ years CI / CD experience
  • 1+ years experience in technical leadership role
  • Experience infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Experience doing production support and able to guide the team
  • Hands-on experience in AWS provisioning and knowledge of AWS services like ECS - Fargate, OpenSearch
  • Knowledge of CloudFormation scripts for automation purposes
  • Experience working with GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Experience monitoring Kibana / DataDog / Dynatrace and addressing latency issues

    • Nice-to-Have Skills Description

  • Experience creating Elasticache - Redis clusters and monitoring metrics
  • Experience in DR setup (Active / Active or Active / Passive)
  • Hands-on experience in AWS provisioning and AWS services like ECS
  • Experience creating DynamoDB tables, DocumentDB, and AuroraDB
  • Experience with Route 53
