Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Support the development and execution of short term plans for top brands, by assuring the perfect fit for HBU (Hispanic business unit) consumers and shoppers, contributing to growth of the business.
Support and closely work with Mexico"s Cookies and crackers brands teams in the development of brand equity and halo initiatives, assuring a universal theme and language to be executed across region.
Your Impact
As a
Brand Marketing Analyst
, your main responsibilities will include :
Brand Support & Execution
Support
brand seasonality activations
and work closely with the Shopper Marketing team to develop concepts, packaging designs, and local execution proposals.
Support and follow up on
HBU (U.S.) brand projects
to ensure consistent implementation across markets.
Assist in the
creation of briefs
for equity campaigns and brand communication initiatives.
Support
Lift & Adapt
processes, including coordination of samples, exports, and packaging mock-ups.
A&M (Advertising & Marketing) Management
Be the
owner of the A&M file
, accountable for monthly spend tracking.
Manage the
cross-charge process
and
G&A forecast
Ensure timely and accurate processing of
A&M payment formats
Portfolio & RM Processes
Follow up on
sell-in performance
for innovation launches.
Support the local team in
Revenue Management
and
portfolio management
processes.
Handle
SAP code creation
, brand support communications, and project tracking in
BLUE
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education : Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
Languages : Advanced English
(written and spoken).
Technical skills : SAP :
None or basic level.
Nielsen / Euromonitor / Google Trends :
Basic level.
Digital knowledge : Basic level.
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) :
Advanced level.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across local and regional teams.
