The ideal candidate has to direct, control and coordinate all the activities of the Consumer Center that ensure financial satisfaction and total satisfaction of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the good general maintenance of your consumption center, both operating equipment and facilities.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental budget of the consumption center.
- Responsible for delivering on-time reports of shift cutting, check handling, concentration envelopes, bank lot closures, and everything related to the income and collections of your shift at the consumption centers.
- Ensure, comply with and obtain the certificate of Distinctive H and other audits of AAA, Forbes, Prefered, Earth Check, Rain Forest service from its consumption center.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant managementStrong skills in organization, schedule planning, restaurant management and payroll management.Advanced knowledge in hygienic management in A and B, AAA, FORBES.Cost management, inventories, checks.
