Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to lead the recruitment process for key positions, primarily in sales, focusing on the vacation club and tourism sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of a leading company in the industry.

About the Role

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle : job posting, screening resumes, interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we capture the best talent in the market.
  • Build and manage recruitment pipelines, including job fairs, online platforms, and university outreach.

The ideal candidate will have :

Requirements

  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken) to interact with international candidates.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably for sales positions or related to the tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent attraction strategies, selection processes, and competency-based interviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, meeting recruitment deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
