Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance operating models and process structure, as well as experience managing or leading AR processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for sharing knowledge on best practices to foster standardization, proposing recommendations based on industry standards to address business needs, and coordinating working sessions with operational teams.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver projects.Analyze current AR process complexities and identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate effectively with project leadership and stakeholders.Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Business Administration.At least 6 years of experience managing or leading AR processes.Bilingual Spanish / English, B2+ level or higher.What We Offer : A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to work with a talented team of professionals.
