Job Description : Intempus Property Management is seeking a highly organized and proactiveMaintenance Coordinatorto join our team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling of maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and communication with tenants, property managers and property owners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities : Primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property managers regarding maintenance-related issues.Receive and prioritize maintenance requests through the property management system.Communicate directly with tenants and vendors via email's, text's and phone call's to schedule and confirm appointments.Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and quality service.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and tenant communications.Support the team with reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to maintenance operations.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.Requirements : Advanced English (verbal and written).

Strong communication skills, particularly by phone and email.Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or a similar role (preferred).
