High Voltage System Engineer

BYD, a global leader in electric mobility, is looking for a High Voltage System Engineer to join our team in Mexico. This role will focus on ensuring seamless compatibility between our electric vehicles (EVs) and charging infrastructure (EVSEs), contributing directly to BYD’s mission of driving sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EV and EVSE matching tests, including field charging function and charging pile validation.
• Lead joint commissioning activities and maintain communication with EVSE enterprises.
• Support design, commissioning, and troubleshooting to resolve matching and high-voltage system issues.
• Participate in research and testing of BYD and competitor products.
• Provide technical support during market validation and after-sales stages.
