Purpose Statement
The Manager- Product Engineer role is responsible as the key liaison between manufacturing and the customer, ensuring that overall customer quality and regulatory requirements and expectations are met and product meets all specifications.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Engineering team and site-level Product Engineering functions.
 - Lead the deployment and successful launch of all Global / Regional engineering initiatives, ensuring effective communication and tracking across sites.
 - Capture and translate site-critical needs and operational challenges into actionable items for the Regional leadership team.
 - Drive site capability and accountability by ensuring teams are trained, systems are supported, and standards are met.
 - Maintain strategic influence at manufacturing sites through scheduled Monthly and Quarterly meetings and visits.
 - Develop innovative tools and frameworks to assess, capture, and elevate Product Engineering capability and talent across the region.
 
Education / Experience Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Five (5) years of equivalent industry experience is preferred.Other Qualifications
