Data Enrichment Specialist (Sales Support) Remote / U.S Time 9am5pm CT

The primary responsibility is to enrich and maintain sales data so our sales team is always set up for success. This person will play a key role in making sure our CRM, prospect lists, and reports are accurate, up to date, and optimized for outreach.

What you’ll be doing :

Enriching and updating prospect and customer data in our CRM

Maintaining spreadsheets and lists for the sales team

Ensuring clean, accurate, and complete records to support outreach efforts

Helping identify and fill in missing data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.)

Supporting sales leadership with reporting and list organization

What we’re looking for :

Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets

Previous experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Highly organized and process-driven
