We’re helping our client, a ritual-shifting, mushroom-powered brand rethinking mornings and fueling human potential find a Marketing Project Manager to keep creative campaigns and brand initiatives on track.
In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and cross-functional brand initiatives. You’ll be the central hub between creative, brand, and growth teams, ensuring everything moves from idea to execution seamlessly, on time and on budget.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Create timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with brand, creative, and growth teams to align priorities and resources.
- Track deliverables and dependencies, escalating blockers before they become issues.
- Own project documentation (briefs, schedules, updates) to keep everyone aligned.
- Lead post-mortems to extract learnings and improve processes.
Requirements
3–5 years of project management experience in a similar vertical (ideally with a marketing or creative team).Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and cross-functional.Proactive, solutions-first mindset.Nice-to-Have :
Experience with CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
