We're hiring a Customer Operations

At least 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service

📌 Mode : Hybrid in Guadalajara

📍 Location : Av. Chapultepec Sur

🗓️ Two days at home and three days in the office

⌚ Hours : Between 8–9 AM to 4-5 PM

🌍 English : Advanced

Invoicing experience

Know how to manage the process of creating, sending, and managing invoices to customers.

Payment management.

Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate charges.

Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
