Data Analyst

Lead I - Software Engineering

You Are

UST is searching for a Data Analyst who will build and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that measure adoption, performance, and commercial impact.

The Opportunity

• Serve as the primary resource for data extraction, analysis, and validation to support integration of commercial, opportunity, and molecule intelligence data.
• Partner with Business Analysts, System SMEs, and IT to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across connected systems (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Enterprise ChatGPT).
• Support AI model readiness through data quality assessments, profiling, and cleansing activities.
• Provide analytical insights to guide decision-making during solution design, testing, and rollout.
