Job Title :

Home Delivery Operations Manager

Description :

This role is responsible for the orchestration and performance of home delivery operations, ensuring operational excellence through strategic supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Align home delivery operations with company overall supply chain strategy and customer-focused objectives.
Translate corporate policies into actionable business rules that guide decision-making in home delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate operational data and support system integration.
Identify knowledge and skill requirements necessary to support home delivery operations.
Oversee contract lifecycle with logistics providers and parcel carriers.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in last-mile delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.

Proficiency in dashboard tools and supply chain systems.

Negotiation and excellent communication skills.

Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
