Education and Sales Executive
Key member of the Education team responsible for training content, client activation programs, and brand education.
Brief store management monthly on store needs, feedback, measurements of success, and sales. Support events, workshops, and masterclasses with customer care, demonstration, and sales.
Track retail sales weekly and monthly, updating the Retail Team on achievement to goal. Meet with store managers and store leadership regularly to offer support and meet store retail needs.
Maintain inventory management for the store and product displays to brand standards. Ensure proper implementation of in-store marketing plans and visual merchandising in accordance with guidelines.
Develop and execute annual training plans aligning with business priorities to empower Beauty Advisors and Sephora teams, driving growth in sales KPIs. Prepare end-of-month reports detailing all initiatives, competitor insights, and upcoming strategic plans.
