We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and results-driven leader to join us as Regional Director Americas – Dermocosmetics Personal Care (DCPC Lead) .
As the voice of the Americas region , you will be responsible for executing our global Dermocosmetics Personal Care strategy while adapting it to local realities. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and inspirational leadership to drive brand growth, market expansion, and business transformation across multiple countries.
You will work closely with global teams, affiliate leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver flawless execution of product launches, brand building, Healthcare Professional engagement, and digital transformation initiatives .
Degree in International Business, Marketing, Management, or related field ; MBA or executive programs highly valued.
~8+ years of senior leadership experience in dermocosmetics
~ Proven track record in executing global strategies at regional level , with success in brand growth, market share expansion, and business transformation .
~ Strong marketing & commercial expertise , with exposure to digital transformation, eCommerce, and customer excellence .
~ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills .
~ English (bilingual) and Spanish (native / advanced) required; Portuguese or French is a plus
Lead the execution of the global Dermocosmetics Personal Care strategy in the Americas, ensuring strong alignment with global objectives and local market needs.
Drive excellence in brand strategies, portfolio prioritization, HCP engagement, CPA and retail activations .
Oversee regional product launches , ensuring readiness and excellence in execution across all affiliates.
Act as the regional ambassador , representing the Americas in global forums and advocating for local consumer, shopper, and market insights.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across marketing, digital, retail, and HCP teams to maximize impact.
Inspire and develop multicultural teams , creating synergies and sharing best practices across markets.
Monitor business performance, challenge the status quo, and deliver sustainable growth and ROI .
Lead a high-impact regional role with visibility at the global level.
