The Opportunity
Data-driven decision-making is at the heart of modern business, but managing and processing data at scale can be complex and time‑consuming. Our AI-powered ELT platform simplifies data workflows, enabling organizations to extract insights faster, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock the true potential of their data.
Role : Senior Backend Software Engineer (Python)
You’ll design and build high-performance backend services that make ELT operations easy, efficient, and accessible. Your expertise will influence product scalability, reliability, and user experience.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Python.
- Develop and enhance APIs, ensuring they are secure, performant, and easy to use.
- Leverage AWS services ( Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, etc.) to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and reliability at every step.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to bring new ideas from concept to production.
- Improve automation and developer efficiency with modern CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Serverless Framework).
- Mentor and support other developers, raising the technical bar across the team.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
6+ years of professional experience building backend applications, with Python as your primary language.Solid background in building distributed, cloud-native applications (AWS preferred).Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable, and testable code.Collaboration & Communication
Proven ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.Strong English communication skills.Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and providing technical leadership is a plus.Why Join Us?
