Senior Design Engineering Manager Position

This position involves leading a team of skilled design engineers and technicians through the entire design process. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, guaranteeing high-quality outputs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

The role entails managing, guiding, and mentoring a team to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing design methodologies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting design reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Key Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a design engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead position.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
  • Experience in leading design projects in sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.

Requirements :

  • Fundamental understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
