As the Communications Director in Mexico for our division Real Estate & Golf , your main role will be to define and lead the division’s communication strategy, aligning it with global objectives and adapting it to local needs. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Designing and leading the communication strategy to ensure the positioning and reputation of the RE&G brand, aligning it with the group’s global objectives.
- Translating business goals into communication actions by setting annual communication objectives and converting them into concrete action plans with timelines, budgets, and impact metrics.
- Overseeing the creation, dissemination, and implementation of the corporate narrative in line with the brand’s positioning across all messages and channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
- Continuously analyzing stakeholders, channels, and audiences to optimize communication actions.
- Managing crisis communication, from planning to execution, leading coordination with agencies, media, and key stakeholders.
- Representing the organization or, when appropriate, defining and advising spokespersons for media, authorities, associations, and other strategic partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing public perceptions of the brand, adjusting strategies to strengthen its reputation.
- Managing relationships with property owners, investors, and other key partners, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
- Leading press conferences, corporate events, and collaborations with public administrations aligned with strategic objectives.
- Supervising the creation of high-impact content such as press releases, articles, speeches, and strategic materials through integrated campaigns.
- Coordinating the distribution of content across internal and external channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, social media, and public relations.
What are we looking for?
A university degree in Communication and / or Public Relations. A Master's in Communication is a plus.Over 5 years of experience in international communication environments, with a focus on the North American market, and at least 2 years of experience managing teams and budgets.Advanced level of English.IT skills : Proficiency in office software and management systems related to Digital Marketing and Communication.Valuable : Previous experience in the Real Estate and Golf sectors.Willingness to reside in Tulum.If you also have strong communication and negotiation skills, are experienced in project management and consider yourself a results-oriented person...
