Business Transformation Senior Analyst

We are seeking for a new talent to join the Performance & Quality team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in a bank project. The client is a company specializing in financial services.

Responsibilities :

• As a Business Transformation Representative, you will be responsible for developing operational excellence practices, trainings, tools, and methods.
• Ensure projects are performed according to procedures, processes, and guidelines.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is required.
• Expert proficiency in Journey Management is recommended.
• Business Model Strategy Expert proficiency is suggested.
• Create and implement innovative business process design strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve overall performance and quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Location : Monterrey.

Role : 80% On site , 20% remote
