Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced service professional to join our team. As a Service Technician , you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment in overseas regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers;
• Complete customer training and internal process requirements;
• Manage spare parts inventory and provide quotations;
• Suggest product improvements and contribute to sustainability initiatives;
• Support regional managers and assist with daily tasks.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
• At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance (cranes / hoists preferred);
• Expertise in mechanical / hydraulic / electrical systems (certifications a plus);
• Fluency in English and local language; and
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for hands-on work.
