LOGISTICS LEAD

The Logistics Lead is disciplinary leader of materials planning, order fulfillment, production planning, procurement and warehouse management teams in assigned Gentherm manufacturing facility. The Logistics manager partners with supply chain functional managers to enforce standards.

This role, will provide feedback on best practices to functional managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• University Degree or may substitute with technical degree + 10 yrs experience in supply chain supervisory roles
• Minimum 10 years’ Experience in Planning, Production, Materials or Logistics supervision
• Broad Knowledge and experience in the ERP, MRP, MPS systems. ERP system expert
• Must have prior Automotive / Manufacturing experience (Tier 1, 2)
• Inventories and Management.
• MS Office proficient.
• Materials planning
• Knowledge on Internal IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team player dealing with subordinates and matrix relationships.
