High-level administrator required for a challenging Active Directory role.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing and maintaining large-scale AD DS environments.
- Providing timely support for ADFS and AD DS infrastructure.
- Maintaining PKI certificates for end users and devices.
- Proactively monitoring ADFS / AD DS systems to prevent issues.
- Collaborating with the SWAT team on incident calls.
- Troubleshooting complex AD DS and ADFS problems within agreed SLAs.
- Developing ITIL-compliant processes for incidents, changes, and enhancements.
- Utilizing Windows expertise with basic scripting skills.
Required skills and qualifications :
Extensive experience in AD DS, including Active Directory and LDAP.Basic scripting skills and knowledge of cloud / federated identity management systems.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.Higher education qualification.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong teamwork and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff.Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.Benefits :
