The Fleet Finance Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing fleet sales operations within the company. This position will ensure in providing timely and accurate financial information for strategic decision-making of the top management, including forecasting, pricing, incentives and contract execution for fleet customers. As well ensures compliance corporate policies and market regulations.
STRATEGIC :
- Fleet Sales Strategy Development : Implement strategies to grow fleet sales.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting : Analyze industry trends, volume objectives, incentives and discounts, products for strategic offers and customer needs perspectives.
- Pricing & Profitability Planning : Analyze pricing models and incentive structures that balance competitiveness with profitability.
- Contract Strategy : Ensure guidelines for fleet contract negotiations.
OPERATIONAL :
Sales Performance Monitoring : Develop KPIs such as sales volume, margins, market share and customer satisfactionFinancial Consolidation : Consolidate fleet financial result with retail business for local and corporate reportingDeal & Contract Management : Review fleet sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance according to corporate guidelines and DoACommercial support : Provide full support to the commercial area in strategies to increase volume, market share and profitability.Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all fleet transactions adhere to corporate guidelines.RESOURCE MANAGEMENT :
