Senior Logistics Specialist

Effective logistics specialists play a crucial role in streamlining the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain.

The key objectives include :

  • Customer Satisfaction : Addressing internal customer inquiries related to logistics, resolving collection & delivery-related issues, and enhancing user experience.
  • Data Analysis : Analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Problem Solving : Identifying and resolving gaps or issues within the supply chain, such as delays or discrepancies.
  • Compliance : Ensuring adherence to regulations related to logistics quality and cost operations for First, Last, and Middle-Miles.
  • Reporting : Generating reports on quality control metrics while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Working closely with operations, customer services, and logistics carriers to ensure seamless user experience.

Key requirements for the ideal candidate include :

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, quality assurance, or logistics operations.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and data analysis tools. Office tools (Excel, PPT).
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal English skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Problem Solving : Ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot operational discrepancies, and implement solutions.
  • Leadership : Experience managing teams and training staff on best practices. Previous warehouse experience.
  • Bias for Action. Proactivity in detecting and solving incidents.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis and patterns-driven process Management.

    • Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • (Timely processing of cancellations : All packages canceled in the current month must be processed and returned within the same month.)
  • (Weekly delivery of products without origin label : All products without an origin label must be delivered and reported weekly, ensuring visibility and control.)
