Location

Hybrid / remote‑friendly. Preferred candidate based in Mexico City , working in Central Timezone (CT). Regular on‑site presence at the client’s office in Mexico City is required.

Fixed‑term contract : 6‑12 months.

Role Overview

The Program Director is a leadership role responsible for spearheading delivery strategy across a diverse portfolio of major client account engagements. You will cultivate direct executive‑level client relationships, lead cross‑functional program teams, establish governance mechanisms, and drive strategies to meet profitability and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Client Expectation Management : Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate strategies.
• Successful Delivery : Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of programs and projects, defining custom governance mechanisms, strategies, and priorities to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Team Morale & Productivity : Foster a positive, collaborative environment, coach PMs, and manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Gross Margin : Manage program budgets to achieve gross‑margin targets and support account‑growth activities.
• Monitoring and Controlling Progress : Develop schedules, milestones and performance reports; resolve resource conflicts and alert management of issues.
• Change Management : Ensure stakeholder impact analysis precedes change strategy, aligning plan with key change activities.
• Knowledge Management : Maintain current, complete documentation, propose governance, process and tool improvements.
