Descripción del trabajoProven experience as a Business Analyst in a tech / data / AI-driven environment Understanding of how LLMs work (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, etc.) and their business applications Hands-on familiarity with LangChain, RAG, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding models Ability to design RAG pipelines or work with technical teams to define them Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Basic knowledge of Python and APIs is a plus Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ proficiency)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for GenAI / LLM initiatives
- Design and document workflows where LLMs can add value (e.g., customer support, content generation, internal search, chatbots)
- Work closely with data scientists and developers to integrate LLM capabilities using tools such as LangChain and RAG pipelines
- Translate business objectives into technical specifications and validate model performance through testing and feedback loops
- Assist in building prototypes and MVPs using LLMs to demonstrate feasibility and value
- Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions post-implementation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, vector databases, and prompt engineering
