We are seeking a QA / QC Engineer with solid experience in Design-Build delivery models, particularly for data center construction , to oversee quality compliance and interdisciplinary coordination across civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the detailed design and construction / installation phases of data center projects delivered by General Contractors under Design-Build contracts.
  • Review and validate trade-specific documentation (civil, architecture, mechanical, electrical), ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance objectives.
  • Lead coordination efforts between disciplines, identifying conflicts or inefficiencies through drawing reviews, schematic validations, and design narratives.
  • Monitor and report on General Contractor performance, tracking both engineering and design deliverables across Work Packages.
  • Verify drawing lists and ensure traceability and accuracy in all documentation submitted by design and construction teams.
  • Support change control processes by identifying deviations or recommending design adjustments to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Review submittals, calculation reports, technical datasheets, and design documentation, ensuring full compliance with contract and pricing scope.
  • Qualifications

  • 8–10 years’ experience in quality control within industrial or mission‑critical construction environments (data centers, automotive, pharmaceutical, etc.).
  • Background in PM / CM roles within Design‑Build or EPC projects.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with ability to interpret complex drawings, technical reports, and submittals.
  • Knowledge of LEAN Design principles, with experience applying them to enhance constructability and maintenance efficiency.
  • Familiarity with local, national, and international codes and standards relevant to mission‑critical infrastructure.
  • Experience reviewing documentation across multiple trades and compiling QA / QC evaluations in structured reporting formats.
