Position : Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location : Guadalajara, Mexico City (Remote)

Type : Full Time

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for our web and API layers.
• Perform manual testing when necessary to validate edge cases, new features, or investigate issues.
• Test early and often in Dev, QA, Staging environments to ensure reliable integration with third-party services.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to identify test coverage gaps and improve release quality.
• Write and maintain integration tests for RESTful APIs.
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide actionable feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing strategy, tooling, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar web automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts; able to write and interpret complex SQL queries.
• Proven experience testing RESTful APIs (automated and manual).
• Skilled in manual exploratory testing, especially around new features and edge cases.
• Track record of building and maintaining automated regression test suites.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with frequent releases and changing priorities.
