Main Purpose :

Responsible for the replenishment and planning of skus within designated categories from supply to the end customer. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the availability of fresh produce at our RDCs to meet customer demand while minimizing waste, optimizing inventory levels and maximizing freshness. Work closely with internal stakeholders to review forecasted and actual demand, understand supply figures, manage inventory, and optimize replenishment processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor ́s degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business or related.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.

Experience :

3+ years of experience in a planning environment in Agricultural / Food / Beverages industry on production control, inventory control and MRP / ERP systems for these industries.

Knowledge and Technical Requirements

Key Job Accountabilities :

Balances Supply and Demand for assigned categories by enabling successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Determines weekly and daily demand requirements by Location, SKU and day aligned to company Freshness Policy optimizing product lead time while meeting the Order Fill Rate company directive by Customer Tier.

Monitors Finished Goods levels and collaborates cross functionally to maximize revenue, minimize cost and waste.

Collaborate with QA team to ensure results from inspections of produce inventory that not met company quality standards are communicated properly and timely manner.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Supply Chain Leaders and Sales Teams, to align replenishment efforts with business objectives.
