What You2ll Do As a Senior Demand Planner

• Lead monthly demand planning process by collaborating with sales, finance, marketing and IT systems to update demand plans.
• Analyze monthly statistical forecast and make changes / recommendations for inclusion into the demand plan.
• Conduct monthly demand consensus and supply planning meetings; resolve demand / supply issues and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate decision maker(s).
• Communicate results to internal groups including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop monthly build plans for assigned manufacturing facilities as well as monthly requirements for purchased finished goods.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels and associated parameters (e.g., safety stock).
• Participate in new product implementation with phase-in / phase-out planning that provides a smooth transition and minimizes obsolete material.
• Contribute to driving process improvements within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
