Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic coordination of new business projects : from brief intake to the delivery of final proposals.
  • Design and structure proposals and presentations, ensuring understanding of client needs, agency capabilities, and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders (Performance, Martech, Creative, Strategy, Finance) to integrate expertise into cohesive and impactful offers.
  • Guarantee quality and consistency in all deliverables, maintaining a client-centric and strategic perspective.
  • Manage timelines and workflows, ensuring a smooth coordination across multiple teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen proposals with insights, innovation, and cross capability integration.
  • Participate in client interactions (Calls, clarification meetings, pitches) to represent the agency's value proposition.
  • Help develop commercial narratives and storytelling that highlight the agency's differentiators.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in new business, strategy, marketing, consulting, or client-facing roles in the digital or creative industry.
  • Experience with the digital marketing ecosystem (Media, martech, creative, AI).
  • Experience coordinating complex projects and partners under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with strategic thinking, storytelling, and proposal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of elevating the quality of commercial outputs.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high performance environment.
