With $30M+ in venture funding and solid traction, we're investing in the next generation of our platform—and we're looking for an Engineering Lead to help drive it.
Base pay range
$90,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

As an Engineering Lead , you'll take ownership of major projects, collaborate with product and design teams, and lead by doing. You'll write production code, influence architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers as we grow.Day-to-day activities may include : scoping a new customer feature with the product team, pairing with another engineer on a tricky bug, reviewing PRs and sharing feedback, building out a scalable backend service or dashboard, and deploying to production and monitoring performanceResponsibilities
Lead technical initiatives from design to deliveryDrive architectural decisions and best practicesTackle performance and scalability challengesGuide and mentor other developersCollaborate across teams to ship fast and iterate quicklyRequirements
6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level roleStrong full-stack skills (we're flexible on exact languages / frameworks)A deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testingComfort navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructureSolid database skills (SQL + familiarity with non-relational systems)Great communication skills and the ability to work independentlyA collaborative, humble approach—you value the team as much as the techBonus points for experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teamsVERY IMPORTANT REMINDER : Please upload your English resume—applications without it will not be considered.
