Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic medical examinations for employees.
• Diagnose and treat occupational diseases or injuries.
• Develop and implement occupational health programs to improve work quality of life.
• Provide emergency medical attention in case of workplace accidents.
• Advise on preventive measures to avoid risks in the work environment.
• Prepare medical reports for HR and management.
• Contribute to the creation of health and safety policies.
• Coordinate medical care with other health institutions if needed.
• Participate in training and awareness on occupational health.
• Monitor and follow up on health-related absences.
