Strategic Partner Development Manager This role focuses on accelerating the growth of affiliate programs through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities : Partnership Strategy & Execution : Develop a comprehensive strategy to double affiliate network size and performance within 18 months, identifying high-performing publishers / influencers in key verticals.
Performance Optimization & Analytics : Monitor KPIs to identify trends, optimize underperforming campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to affiliates for improved ROI alignment with product offerings.
Relationship Management & Community Building : Build and maintain a collaborative community with affiliates, partners, and influencers through regular communication (webinars, AMAs, check-ins), addressing queries proactively, and resolving conflicts for long-term retention.
Market Intelligence & Innovation : Stay ahead of Mexico's affiliate and influencer trends, analyze competitors to identify gaps, and propose innovative campaigns tailored to Mexican audiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with global teams to align with international strategy, working with the marketing team to integrate affiliate efforts into broader campaigns.
Requirements : Minimum 3-5 years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in Latin America, with a proven track record of scaling programs.
Deep understanding of CPS models, publisher ecosystems, and influencer partnerships.
Experience managing large-scale affiliate networks.
Skills & Competencies : Negotiation & Sales : Strong closing skills to secure top-tier affiliates and favorable terms.
Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish (Mexican) and English (written and spoken).
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
Sharp market insight and business acumen, adept at identifying and seizing market opportunities.
Effective project management skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
Cultural & Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of Mexico's digital landscape, including social media trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
