Quick Rundown : We are seeking a Financial Controller who combines deep financial expertise with a modern, tech‑driven mindset. This role will lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting and strategic planning, across a diverse portfolio encompassing real estate development, property management, construction, hospitality and nonprofit entities.

Schedule : 10 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM PH Time

Job Location : Clark Outsourcing – Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee financial operations, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement AI‑driven financial systems and automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws and audit requirements across multiple entities.
• Manage construction and real estate accounting, including cost tracking, project‑based reporting and cash flow analysis.
• Supervise and optimize AR / AP processes, ensuring timely billing, collections, vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions with data‑backed insights.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align financial practices with organizational goals and sustainability values.
