Acceleration Center - Senior SQL Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SQL Lead with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience to join our Acceleration Center team. The ideal candidate will lead SQL development efforts, design and optimize complex database solutions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to enable data‑driven decision‑making. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SQL solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Architect and maintain scalable database schemas and data models that align with business needs.
• Monitor and improve database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior SQL developers and team members.
• Develop and enforce SQL coding standards and documentation practices.
• Participate in data migration, ETL processes, and integration with BI and analytics platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new technologies, and database management tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SQL development within complex environments.
• Expertise in working with relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and cloud databases is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
