Project Manager - LATAM

Inspired Education is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in LATAM. Based in Mexico City in a hybrid capacity, with some travel across Latin America, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support our ambitious growth plans by coordinating and driving acquisition projects across the region. This role will work closely with, and report directly to, the CEO for LATAM of Inspired Education.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across diverse cultures and stakeholders, and is eager to build experience in M&A and project management within a global education group.

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain standardized processes, methodologies, and documentation to support acquisition projects.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, integration plans, and project timelines with M&A, Finance, Legal, and Regional Operations teams.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple transactions in the Americas.
• Support communication and collaboration between corporate teams and local schools to ensure alignment.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and integration updates for senior leadership.
• Assist with post-acquisition integration, ensuring a smooth transition of schools into Inspired’s operating model.
• Contribute to effective allocation of resources for acquisition and integration projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve Inspired’s PMO framework and promote best practices.
