TransPerfect provides a full array of language and business support services, including translation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and any kind of technology solution.What You Will Be Doing : Responsibilities : Professionally screen and transfer a high volume of incoming callsGreet and interact with clients, vendors, and visitors and coordinate their visit with the appropriate staff memberEnsure visitors lock belongings in provided lockers during special projectsResponsible for appearance of the reception, conference room, pantry, and common office areas, including cleanlinessOpen, sort and distribute incoming correspondenceSign for & track packagesPrepare refreshments for client meetings (water, coffee, etc.)Order office and pantry suppliesCoordinate and maintain office space, telephone lists, security badges, and office keysServe as the main point of contact for building management and local vendorsAssist with coordinating office eventsPerform general office work for Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Managers as neededWork directly with local divisions to assist with project needsAct as a point of contact for equipment / services / operations issues in the officeLiaise with the global operations teamAssist in special projects as neededMay assist in coordinating travel itineraries and arrangementsWho We Are Looking For : As an Operations Assistant Receptionist you are a : Creative thinker – You are curious and unafraid to ask questionsHard worker – You are industrious and diligent in everything you doInnovator – You are willing to initiate changes and introduce new ideasYour experience includes : Bilingual in English and SpanishStrong customer-service orientationA friendly dispositionExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to independently troubleshoot and drive issues to resolutionMust possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to be helpfulExperience in guest services, or in a client-facing roleAbility to maintain professionalism in all situationsExperience working in an office assistant role, or similar experienceExperience booking travel and working with TMC, preferred but not requiredWhere Your Career Is Going : At TransPerfect, there are a lot of growth opportunities.
