With over 85,000 units under management and a team of 150+ professionals, we provide comprehensive bookkeeping and virtual property management services to some of the largest real estate investment firms in the U.S. Our mission is to help our clients scale their businesses beyond what they imagined possible, using innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise.Website : Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least 1 year of experience working with Entrata software (mandatory)At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting / finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment / development companySolid understanding of real estate accounting principlesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish)Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting fieldFamiliarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)Job duties : Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivableSupport client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepersContribute to the month-end closing process and report generationAssist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management feesCollaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlinesLocation and Schedule : This is a virtual (remote), full-time role that demands availability between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.Please submit your resume in English.Job Types : Full-time, PermanentPay : $14, $23,655.30 per monthWork Location : Remote
